    When it's live, each job card will be emailed to you, so you see the details and photos before you drive out.

Your signup is emailed to Spavtech Industrial through FormSubmit, a form service, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. These services may store it outside Canada.     What is it, exactly?

    A job request page for your shop. Customers fill in the job details and add photos, and you get a job card, so you see the job before you drive out. That's all it does. It's not live yet.

    Which trades?

    Welding, fencing and decks, mechanics and small engine each have their own questions. Any other trade can pick Other and type its trade name.

    Does the customer see a price?

    No. It will never show the customer a price or fee, and it will never give safety advice for any trade. It will only collect the details. Customers can type their own budget range if they want to.

    Will my customers actually fill it in?

    Most answers are one tap, and "Not sure" is always there. Try the demo and see.

    Do I need a website?

    No. When it launches, you get your own link to share and a small widget for your website. You can use the link without a website.

    Contract or setup fee?

    No setup fee. $99 CAD a month per shop, plus applicable tax, no contract. That's per shop, not per person.

    When can I use it?

    Not yet. We're checking first whether enough shops want it. There's no charge today.

    Who owns my customers' info?

    It's used for your shop only. We never sell your info or your customers' info. Email us anytime to delete it.
